METRO Bicycles are protected by a limited lifetime warranty.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser when the bicycle is purchased from the METRO Bicycles website. No third party sales will be covered by this Limited Warranty. The original retail purchaser must produce proof of purchase in order to validate any claim. This warranty is not transferable to anyone else.

What does the warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers all parts of the bicycle to be free of defects in workmanship and materials.

What must you do to keep the warranty in effect?

This Warranty is effective only if :
• The bicycle is completely and correctly assembled.
• This bicycle is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose, by a person that properly fits and is capable of controlling the bicycle.
• The bicycle receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not include labor and transportation charges. The bicycle is designed for general transportation and recreational use only. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, rust, normal maintenance items, personal injury, or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by accident, improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the bicycle.

This Warranty will be void if the bicycle is ever :
• Used in any competitive sport.
• Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity.
• Installed with a motor or modified in any other way.
• Ridden by more than one person at a time.
• Rented or used for commercial purposes.
• Used in a manner contrary to the instructions in this Owner’s Manual.
METRO Bicycles will not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of this product.

Normal Wear & Tear Components are also NOT covered by this Limited Warranty such as:
Tires, Tubes, Grips, Cables, Saddle Coverings, Chains, Seats, Brake Pads

How long does this warranty last?

The frame is warranted for the usable life of the bicycle. Kent International will replace the frame at no charge, should it fail in any weld point when the cycle has been used in a normal manner, and determined by our inspection. Kent will also replace the bicycle fork if it should fail at any weld point. You must receive prior authorization from Kent Customer Service, before returning any product or parts. All other components are warranted against defects for six months from the date of purchase when properly assembled and used in a normal manner.

Product Lifecycle

This bicycle, like any other item has a lifecycle of use. A lifetime warranty on the frame and fork does not mean and is not intended to imply that the bicycle will last forever. The length of the useful life of the bicycle will vary depending on the type of bike, riding, storage and the care the bicycle receives.

What will METRO Bicycles do?

We will replace, without charge to you, any frame, fork, or component found to be defective by Kent with the same or a functionally equivalent part.



When you purchase a bicycle from METRO Bicycles, it comes with the assurance that you are receiving a quality product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return your item within 10 days of receiving your purchase only if you have the original packaging.Returned items must be in unused conditions and show no sign of wear. All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection. This means referencing your receipt/proof of purchase, and a picture and/or video of the product.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns for products after a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We only accept returns on products purchased through our website. If you have purchased your bike directly through an authorized seller please process your return or exchange directly through that retailer.
Bikes discounted at 40% or higher are considered FINAL SALE unless it’s deemed that we made an error, or the bike arrives damaged.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees. If it’s determined we are at fault, no restocking or return shipping fee will be deducted. Please see the chart below to determine if you are subject to the restocking and return shipping fees.

• Error in shipment (wrong product)
• Damaged in shipping
• Factory defect

• Ordered wrong size/variant/color
• Ordered wrong part or product
• Buyer's remorse (not comfortable, don’t like the look, etc.)

Returned items must be in unused condition and show no sign of wear. Returned items must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items purchased directly through www.kent.bike. Please reference your receipt/proof of purchase when contacting us. Please do not return your bicycle to us without obtaining a return authorization.

For returns, a refund will be issued once the package is delivered to us. Refunds are processed promptly and will be credited to the original form of payment minus any restocking or return shipping fees. Please check with your credit/debit card provider for actual processing times.


For exchanges, the replacement package will be shipped out once the original package has been delivered to us. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for this process.
